NOTE: Please be aware that title will NOT be provided at time of removal. No Exceptions. Vehicle titles are stored at a separate location. Buyer may either pick up title from the City facility where titles are stored OR the City will send by FedEx. No Exceptions. Titles will NOT be released until after removal. No Exceptions.
Removal and loading will be done at winning bidder's expense. There will be no removal assistance by the City and County of Denver.
Removal is by appointment only, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Upon auction payment verification, buyer must pre-arrange pick-up time and date with City and County of Denver employees at least 24 hours in advance. No exceptions! The Bill of Sale must be presented at time of pick-up. No exceptions! Buyer/Transport Company will be turned away if removal has not been scheduled and/or Bill of Sale is not presented and/or arrival occurs outside of authorized removal hours. No exceptions!
If item is to be shipped, buyer must provide the City an “Authorization of Release” document. Buyer must perform all shipping arrangements, including providing proper pick-up vehicle. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No service of any kind will be furnished by the City.
Payment must be made within five (5) business days of close of auction. Removal must be made within ten (10) business days of close of auction. No exceptions!!! If you do not abide by these terms your account with GovDeals will be locked!!!

Buyer shall remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the City and County of Denver reserves the right (1) to retain any and all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item as deemed desirable by the agency.A daily storage fee of $100.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
