Yes, as far as we know it has a clean title, We have a manual from Pierce that covers operations, Maintenance, Specs and other that has a about 86 pages, we have a folder with the maintenance records, at last inspection there were no defects found, no known issues with engine, transmission, ladder, or pumps.
