THERE ARE MINOR HYDRAULIC LEAKES ONE PARTICULAR IS A MINOR LEAK BETWEEN 1ST & 2ND STAGE HYDRAULIC PUMPS, SOME HOSES MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED. HAS WORKING AUTO LUBE GREASE SYSTEM. THERE ARE GREASE HOSES THAT ARE BROKEN DAMAGE. FRONT TIRES ARE IN FAIR CONDITION, REAR TIRES ARE IN ROUGH CONDITION. PINS & BUSHINGS ON ALL LEGS ARE WORN HAVE FREE PLAY. A/C SYSTEM DOES WORK BUT DOES LEAK FREON IT WILL HOLD A CHARGE FOR ROUGHLY A MONTH. REAR ENGINE BODY PANEL CRACKED, SEAT HAS BURN HOLE IN IT. DOOR HINGE WAS BROKE AND WELDED BACK TOGETHER. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
