Clausing Drill - Clausing Lathe Engine-13, SN: 10770DD, does run. Knobs missing no chuck, needs some TLC. Around 1980s model. Will need equipment and manpower to load the machinery.
Property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS.
The Buyer is responsible for making all arrangements and performing all work necessary, including packing, loading and transporting. Pick-up is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. No Friday pickups. No Assistance will be provided. Seller WILL NOT ship.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
