Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Removal of vehicles are by appointment only. Removal for these auctions are ONLY between the dates and hours stated here. September 10th, 2025 8:00am to 3:30pm. September 11th, 2025 8:00am to 3:30pm. ***These are the only times allowed for removal***. Please do not bid if you cannot commit to these dates. Winning bidders who do not remove within this scheduled timeframe will be defaulted.
