Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Town of Kernersville assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping.

Titles will be issued to Buyers only upon receipt of payment. Open Titles cannot be issued. If the buyer does not pick up the vehicle, Titles will be sent via certified mail. No Title will be given to any transporter. If sending a transporter, they will need to bring: 1) Copy of your Buyer's Certificate; 2) Completed Authorization to Release Form, a signed note, or email authorizing transporter to pick up on Buyer's behalf; and 3) Photo identification matching Buyer's written authorization.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Merchandise will be declared forfeit, if payment is not received within 5 days business days and not removed in 10 days from the time and date auction ends. Bidders who forfeit will be banned from further participation. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days.
