We have a set (2) of Indoor Gymnasium Bleachers on auction. The bleachers are located in Belton, Missouri and must be removed by the buyer by 8/15/2025. Both bleachers have working power remotes to set the bleachers out for play, and return against the wall for storage. While stored against the wall not in use, the bleachers measure 43ft wide (each), 38 inches deep, and 66 inches high. While set for spectator view, the bleachers extend 11ft from the wall to the front edge. Bleachers are 5 row and have Fall Protection. Burgundy in color. Made of steel and plastic, seats are plastic. Bleachers are in great shape
Buyer will work with owner to schedule removal, reminder bleachers must be gone by 8/15/2025. Bleacher access for removal is limited due to Community Center operations, but owner will work with buyer to accommodate schedule as best as possible.
Bleachers can be made accessible during the bidding period.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
