This lot consists of one (1) wood and metal desk. The item has been marked as being in fair condition due to evident and significant wear; however, it remains structurally sound and continues to serve its intended purpose.
Visible damage includes cracks, scratches, and scrapes, all of which are consistent with heavy prior use. These imperfections are clearly visible and should be expected.
The desk features a metal frame, legs, and backplate, providing structural support, while the work surface is constructed of wood. The exact wood type has not been confirmed but is believed to be a manufactured wood product such as particle board. The backplate includes one (1) wire feed hole to assist with cable management.
On the right side of the desk, there is one (1) connector plate designed to attach the unit to another piece of furniture. This plate extends the overall width by approximately 1.75 inches but can be removed if not needed.

Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
