If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED.
All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
Any tools, bins, dollies, carts, pallet jacks, hand tools, shrink wrapper, etc., which may appear in auction photos, are property of the Seller and NOT included in the auction. Pallets, are conveyed with auction lots at the discretion of the Seller.
In the event a third party is to remove the asset the buyer must fill out, sign and return an Authorization Release Form (attachment in media) via email to rbooker@coj.net. This email must be sent from the email you have established with GovDeals.
The buyer is required to transfer title ownership within 30 days of receipt of equipment, when title is included in sale.
