The City of Akron, Water Reclamation Division, located at 2460 Akron Peninsula Rd., Akron, OH 44313, would like to sell used Transformers in various sizes and ages. All transformers sold as is. The Transformer is located at the Water Reclamation facility and can be loaded onto the bidder’s vehicle for removal from the plant. The winning Bidder must have his truck hauling vehicle on site the day of removal of the transformer(s) to take advantage to the contractor’s removal equipment at the end of the month of May. Vendors may contact Thomas F. Smith at 330-375-2965 to arrange a site visit.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
