* 买家在出价前需支付保证金人民币8万元（可退）；

* 此次销售的出价为不含税不含佣金（设备税率13%，买家佣金18%，佣金税率6%）金额； 比如网上出价人 民币 100 元，则买方总计需支付人民币100×1.13+100×0.18×1.06=132.08元；

* 看货需预约；

* 如设备在拆卸搬运过程中涉及到修补屋面洞及墙洞，买家需负责按照卖家要求及标准修补并承担相应费用；

* 销售结束时间：中国时间2025年7月29日，下午4点整；
