Auction Terms & Key Dates
- All Lots Sold: Subject to seller confirmation
- Payment Due: Within 5 days of approval
- Buyer’s Premium: 10% on all lots + 15% VAT
- VAT: 15% on the purchase price
- Site Clearance: Collection within 7 working days after auction close
