* 买家提货需严格遵守卖家给出的时间表和现场作业安全要求；

* 买家在包括但不限于卖家场地内进行所购买设备相关拆卸、包装、搬运及其他作业时，应严格遵守卖方相关的安全健康以及环保规定；

* 拆卸、包装、吊装、搬运及运输所产生的费用 （包 括任何由此产生的工程费用）由买家自理，所有进出口事宜均由买家自行负责；

* 如设备在拆卸搬运过程中涉及到修补屋面洞及墙洞，买家需负责按照卖家要求及标准修补并承担相应费用； 设备拆除时所产生的垃圾废液等，需买家自行清理；

* Buyer should strictly follow seller's schedule for removal and collection;

* Buyer must strictly comply with the seller’s EHS and Environment guidance during the dismantling, packing and removal work for purchased assets at but not limited to the seller’s premise;

* Dismantling, packing, rigging, loading and shipping fee(Including any other related fee) are at buyer's sole expense, buyer should be responsible for all the export and import related matter and cost;

* Holes on roofs and walls need to be covered/reinstated according to seller requirement/specs at buyers’ sole expense during asset dismantling; Buyer should clean up the site if the buyer has the trash or waste liquid produced when the equipment is removed;
