Two High-Performance Taiyo Nippon Sanso 'HR4469G' MOCVD Epitaxy Systems
The fab plans to start decontamination for both MOCVDs in early October, during the decon that the exhaust system, piping, and related components of 2x MOCVDs will be removed from the tools temporarily, after decon that those exhaust system, piping, and related components will NOT be reinstalled.

Payment / お支払いについて
- For international buyers, payment must be made in USD to Liquidity Services' designated bank account.
- For domestic buyers, payment must be made in JPY to MAXET Co., Ltd.
- For overseas purchases, an Exporter Fee equivalent to 5% of the hammer price will be charged in addition to the purchase price.
- 海外の購入者は、Liquidity Servicesの指定銀行口座へ米ドル（USD）でお支払いください。
- 国内の購入者は、株式会社MAXETの口座へ日本円（JPY）でお支払いください。
- 海外からの購入の場合、落札代金とは別に Exporter Fee として落札代金の 5％を申し受けます。
Tax / 税金について
- 10% Consumption Tax will be collected from all buyers. Export buyers must provide proof of export for tax refund.
- すべての購入者に対して、10％の消費税を徴収いたします。輸出を行う購入者は、税金の還付を受けるために輸出証明書の提出が必要です。
METI Approval / 経済産業省（METI）の承認について
- Those tools are subject to Japanese METI approval.
