Auction Terms & Key Dates

• Payment Due: Within 24 hours after the auction — payment must reflect before 12:00 noon on the due date.
• All Lots Sold: Subject to seller confirmation.
• Buyer’s Premium: 5% applicable on all lots (includes 15% VAT).
• VAT: 15% VAT applicable on the purchase price.
• Site Clearance: Buyers must collect within 3 working days after the auction closes.
• Upliftment & Removal Fees: Apply at certain depots.
• Viewing: By appointment only.

Safety Requirements

• Viewers must wear safety boots and a high-visibility vest. No access will be granted without proper safety gear.
